Nerve entrapment

There are nerves throughout the body and the foot is no exception. There are major branches of nerves which run alongside the main blood vessels. These then branch into small nerves to supply various areas of the foot. They can become trapped or bound down in the soft tissues causing nerve entrapment and symptoms.
